Yeşim Group's Strategy Workshop for 2027
In order to determine its 2027 strategies, Yeşim Group organized a strategy workshop with the participation of the managers of the factories producing in Egypt and Moldova as well as Türkiye.
Yeşim Group discussed its 2027 strategies with strategy workshops held in Sapanca, Kocaeli on March 7-8-9 with the participation of all management teams. Under the coordination of Yeşim Strategy Planning and Development Manager Pakize Öztürk, the workshops covered topics such as Yeşim's strategy to align with the growth of its customers, capacity management, digitalization, sustainability, and human resources in detail.
On the first day of the program, Yeşim Group CEO Şenol Şankaya and Co-CEO Selim Şankaya made opening speeches and kicked off the three-day workshops. In the first part, while focusing on process projects on how to achieve Yeşim's customer growth targets, issues such as capacity utilization, competition-enhancing cost management studies, quality, modernization and productivity improvement were also discussed.
In the second part, where innovation, digitalization and sustainability issues were discussed, Tanyer Sönmezer informed Yeşim Group executives about the trends of the future with his presentation "Beyond the Horizon". After the presentation, ideas were exchanged about future projects through group work.
On the last day of the workshops, Yeşim Group's "People First" philosophy was discussed and projects and targets in the field of human resources were shared. On the other hand, in the last part of the workshop, Biltor Ulucay from PDR Group gave a speech on Communication Principles and Feedback in order to align Yeşim culture and values.
