Yeşim has achieved many firsts in the field of smart, organic, recyclable and innovative fabrics through its R&D Center certified by the Ministry of Industry and Technology.

The main areas in which the Yeşim R&D Center works can be listed as: Recyclable, new generation, sustainable yarns, especially organic, sustainable, recyclable, ecological and biodegradable fabrics; blended fabrics; environmentally friendly product and process development to reduce energy, time and water consumption; development of processes and technologies to reduce chemical use; and new generation fabrics that combine comfort and functionality. As well as automation studies that will accelerate the transition to Industry 4.0, the center is also involved in the field of industrial machinery design and applications for ready-to-wear clothing.
