Yeşim Kindergarten
Yeşim Kindergarten, which has a capacity for 1000 children and provides a free service for Yeşim employees’ children in the 0-6 age group, is a modern kindergarten that can meet all the children’s needs. At Yeşim Kindergarten, where more than 300 children receive free education every year, the children’s personal and social development is supported with an education comparable to that of private kindergartens.
In the kindergarten, which is staffed by qualified specialists in the field, chess, drama, folk dancing, English, environmental education, yoga and robotic coding lessons are also given periodically in order to contribute to the children’s personal development. Various educational programs such as “Parents’ School” are also conducted for parents within the kindergarten.
Yeşim Kindergarten, which has been in operation since 1988 and graduated nearly 6000 children to date, is one of the first examples of a company kindergarten in Türkiye and has been featured in the national and international press many times due to its exemplary practices.

Social Clubs
Yeşim, which prioritizes the philosophy of “People First” in every step it takes, also supports its employees’ social life by organizing various activities. The Social Clubs, which have been set up under the leadership of the Corporate Communications Department and are designed to cater to employees' various interests, carry out many activities throughout the year. The Social Clubs, to which every employee can become a member and participate in their activities on a voluntary basis, enliven employees’ social life and contribute to their personal development with the activities they carry out.
Yeşim Campus
Yeşim Campus is an e-learning and real-life platform that our employees can easily access via the web and mobile devices. Through Yeşim Campus, all our employees can access thousands of e-learning activities 24/7 and improve their foreign language proficiency with the English learning module designed by the British Council. Yeşim employees can also access information on meal and employee shuttle services and all up-to-date news about our company on the same platform.
