Yeşim Group's meaningful contribution to Bursa LÖDER
Yeşim Group continues to touch every segment of society with its social responsibility approach. Yeşim undertook the restoration works of Bursa LÖDER Guest House and contributes to the accommodation of children undergoing leukemia treatment and their relatives in better conditions.
Yeşim Group strengthens its cooperation with the Bursa Association for Children with Leukemia (Bursa LÖDER). Yeşim Group undertook the restoration of Bursa LÖDER's guest house within the scope of "Community Day", which is held regularly every year at all its locations, and supported the children and their relatives who come from out of town for treatment in order to enable them to stay in better conditions.
Recently, Yeşim Group Co-CEO Selim Şankaya, Corporate Communications Director Dilek Cesur and Yeşim Group Social Responsibility Club Members visited Bursa LÖDER Guest House and examined the restoration works on site. During the visit, within the scope of the "Wish Tree" project that Yeşim Group has been carrying out for many years, the New Year's dreams of children undergoing leukemia treatment were made real and the gifts bought by Yeşim Volunteers were delivered to LÖDER officials.
The gifts, which were bought to ensure that children enter the new year happier, were delivered to the children at the New Year's event held at Bursa Uludağ University Faculty of Medicine Sabahattin Gazioğlu Pediatric Hematology and Oncology Hospital. While the children were happy to receive their gifts before the New Year, Yeşim volunteers also shared the joy of the children.
In his speech during the visit, Selim Şankaya, Co-CEO of Yeşim 
Group, stated that they act with the principle of benefiting the society in line with the philosophy of "People First" and expressed that they are very happy to support the meaningful works of Bursa LÖDER. Şankaya added, "As part of the renovation works of the guest house, we are happy to support the children and their families who come here to rest more comfortably and to support their treatment."
Regarding the "Wish Tree" project, which has been carried out by Yeşim Group for many years, Şankaya said, "With our Wish Tree project, we have been realizing the dreams of children who have been undergoing leukemia treatment for many years and trying to give them hope as much as we can. We are grateful to all Yeşim Volunteers for their meaningful gifts and great interest in this cooperation with Bursa LÖDER, which we have been continuing for about 5 years."
Özgür İde Acarbabacan, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bursa LÖDER, stated that they are very happy to work with Yeşim Group and shared the following words: "Our association, which was founded in 1994 to support children undergoing cancer treatment, continues on its way with its volunteer-based activities. It means a lot to us that Yeşim Group and its employees wholeheartedly participate in this example of solidarity. Yeşim's renovation of the guesthouse and the renewal of some items are very important for the relatives of the patients staying here. Being able to make our children and their relatives happy, to make them smile and share their joy is worth everything. We believe that morale is very important in the treatment of this disease. We would like to thank the Yeşim Family for cheering up our children and their families and supporting them to enter the new year happier and more hopeful."
